At NeoPro Cycling, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next ride. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your cycling apparel is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
